We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
  • Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
  • Create a welcoming and motivating work environment for all team members.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory software.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience with marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in managerial role.
