Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service.
- Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.
- Create a welcoming and motivating work environment for all team members.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory software.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience with marketing and promotional strategies.
- Over 5 years’ experience in managerial role.
