Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and create signature cocktails that align with the boutique hotel's luxurious atmosphere.
- Serve guests with skill and professionalism, offering exceptional customer service and personalized drink recommendations.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques.
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and service.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team to pair drinks with food offerings and create unique dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a mixologist in a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Expert knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to create unique, signature drinks and customize beverages based on guests’ preferences.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of bar inventory management and ordering.
