An Angel Investment Group with Operations within Lagos is in need of a Operations Analyst
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
- Work with managers and employees to implement changes
- Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
- Determine the effectiveness of new processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any administrative or managerial discipline
- 3 years minimum experience in operations management roles preferably in a startup or venture capital
- Demonstrated experience in authoring high-quality documents and presentations including reports, project plans, and budgets
Remuneration: NGN 2.5 million - 3million per annum
