Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including strategic planning, business development, and financial management
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Report directly to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics (ride hailing) or related field, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
Location: Bompai, Kano
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 300,000
