Job Description/Requirements

- Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Organize and take minutes at key meetings.
- Oversee special projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 1 year experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (preferably in banking/finance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
