Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to maintain and enhance the academic standards of the school.
• Ensure the school’s alignment with Cambridge International standards, fostering continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Lead and support the development of the teaching staff, promoting professional growth and ensuring high-quality instructional practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development, student admissions, and management of resources.
• Create a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement, achievement, and well-being.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community.
• Ensure the successful delivery of Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, and WAEC, preparing students for academic and personal success.
• Implement policies and procedures to uphold the values and mission of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Male or Female, age 45 years above
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an educational leadership role, with at least 5 years in a Cambridge-approved institution.
• Strong understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum, with proven experience in successfully guiding students through Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE, and WAEC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A visionary leader with the ability to inspire staff, students, and the wider school community.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
