Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Must have worked in major restaurants
- 2-3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
