We seek to hire a Restaurant Manager to help oversee restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.


Requirements:

  • Must have worked in major restaurants 
  • 2-3+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
