Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales and Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for sales, marketing, and supervision of the operational staff of the residential apartment, hospitality, and events services, achieving/maintaining guest satisfaction, client relationships, and staff performance management, whilst also driving revenue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and overall revenue.
- Oversee the daily operations of our events and accommodation business to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure they meet payment deadlines and assist in converting visitors to customers.
- Conduct market research and identify trends to stay ahead of the competition and maximize opportunities.
- Promote the venue’s services and amenities, including the spa, events hall, and accommodation, through creative digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with potential clients and partners to boost bookings and guest retention.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analyses for senior management.
- Supervise and manage junior staff, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to relevant brand policies and standards.
- Regularly inspect the work of cleaning staff to ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and operating at very high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to manage staff schedules, enhance staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide continuous training to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both sales/marketing and operations, preferably in the events, training, and/or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on supervision.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, sales tactics, including relevant software, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with tenants, staff, and external partners to drive business growth
