Marketer

Responsibilities:

To the Business:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of b-end customers
• Formulate and implement marketing plans and marketing plans within the jurisdiction
• Collect customer information, analyze customer needs and competitor product status
• Maintain good communication channels with customers and actively complete other tasks assigned by the company
• Provide timely feedback on market dynamics and customer opinions
• Evaluate the development of regional markets and make suggestions for improvements
• Participate in industry research and analysis, provide solutions, and promote business growth
• Visit target customers regularly to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints and improve customer loyalty

To the Customers:

• Through customer consultation on the company's Instagram and Facebook platforms, communicate with customers to introduce products and facilitate customers to place orders.
• Maintain potential customers and regularly send company product information.
• Develop sales activities such as holidays and major sales to promote consumer purchases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing
• Patient in answering customers
• Good execution ability
• Strong desire for interaction and expression
• Strong ability to think on your feet
• Ability to quickly grasp product selling points
• Develop new customers, and be motivated!
