Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our growing team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be a key member of the kitchen brigade, assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations at our second branch, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels.
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Supervise and guide the work of line cooks, prep cooks, and other kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Resolve any operational issues that may arise during service.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience
- Degree in a related field
