SafariHills Apartments is seeking a skilled and versatile Chef with expertise in preparing both Nigerian and continental cuisine. The Chef will provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests by preparing freshly cooked meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare Pre-Ordered Breakfast:
- Create a selection of local and continental breakfast items such as pancakes, bread and eggs, akara, and other popular morning meals.
- Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency for every dish.
Prepare Pre-Ordered Lunch:
- Prepare traditional Nigerian meals such as white rice, jollof rice, various types of swallow (e.g., pounded yam, eba, amala) with soups, and other continental and intercontinental lunch options.
- Maintain ingredient freshness and authenticity for each meal, catering to diverse guest preferences
Prepare Pre-Ordered Dinner:
- Serve satisfying dinner meals, including swallow with soup, white rice with accompaniments, yam dishes, and other continental options.
- Balance meal preparation to ensure optimal nutrition and enjoyment.
Prepare A La Carte Meals on Demand:
- Respond promptly to a la carte meal requests, delivering dishes that meet SafariHills Apartments’ standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain efficient kitchen operations to meet diverse guest demands with a focus on timeliness.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
