Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quality and good presentation.
  • Update menus to reflect seasonal changes, and dietary trends using fresh and local ingredients
  • Order, store and manage ingredients, & minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
  • Manage kitchen equipment, supplies, and maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field
  • 2 years experience as a chef/cook
