Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Menu planning: Design menus that are innovative and seasonal
- Food preparation: Oversee the preparation of ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and marinating
- Cooking: Cook and season dishes using culinary expertise
- Kitchen staff: Lead and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Inventory: Order and maintain inventory of supplies
- Sanitation: Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
- Quality: Monitor portion sizes and plate presentations to maintain consistency and quality
