Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Menu planning: Design menus that are innovative and seasonal 
  • Food preparation: Oversee the preparation of ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and marinating 
  • Cooking: Cook and season dishes using culinary expertise 
  • Kitchen staff: Lead and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff 
  • Inventory: Order and maintain inventory of supplies 
  • Sanitation: Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations 
  • Quality: Monitor portion sizes and plate presentations to maintain consistency and quality
