Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare continental dishes.
- Follow recipes and menus, as instructed.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Provide regular meal planning and preparation services and also clean the cooking area at the close of work.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a professional cook in a commercial kitchen
- Culinary certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, and cooking techniques.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
