Job Summary
We are seeking Food and Beverage Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in an eatery or restaurant with a bakery sales point. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and receptive to training. She will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, manage sales closure, and implement customer complaint procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the eatery, restaurant, and bakery sales point.
- Monitor portioning and measurement procedures for consistency and cost control.
- Oversee end-of-day sales closure for both bakery and eatery sales points.
- Reconcile and close kitchen accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain high food quality standards and ensure a hygienic environment.
- Develop and implement a customer complaint procedure for quick resolution.
- Identify and address operational issues in the kitchen and bakery.
- Train and guide staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, eatery, or bakery sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of portioning, measurement, and sales reconciliation.
- Ability to detect and resolve kitchen and bakery discrepancies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo training for continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must reside in Lagos
