Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure food is cooked properly and meets quality expectations.
  • Maintaining  a clean and organized kitchen
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
  • Keeping kitchen equipment clean and well - maintained
  • Communicating with servers and front - of - house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Experimenting with new recipes nd improving menu offerings.
  • Creating and updating menus based on seasonality and customer preferences.
  • Considering dietary restrictions and special requests


Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in culinary arts will be an added advantage.
  • 2 years experience as a chef, or cook.
  • Hands on experience with various cooking techniques.
  • Attention to detail and passion for cooking.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Residing around Ajah axis is an added advantage.
