Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals based on family preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Create weekly menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients and varied cuisines.Shop for fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all food safety guidelines.Adapt recipes to accommodate allergies or specific dietary requests.
- Provide cooking demonstrations or meal presentations as requested.
- Collaborate with family members to gather feedback and adjust meals accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef or in a similar cooking role.
- Culinary Degree or equivalent training required.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and dietary practices(e.g., vegan, gluten-free).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in meal planning for families or events.
- Knowledge of nutritional principles and healthy cooking techniques
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate special occasions or dietary changes.
