Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing ingredients, following recipes, and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
- Menu Execution: Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to execute the hotel’s menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring ingredient levels, assisting with orders, and minimizing waste.
- Team Collaboration: Working with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and hotel management to ensure efficient service.
- Compliance & Safety: Following health and safety regulations, proper food handling, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of SSCE
