Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing ingredients, following recipes, and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
  • Menu Execution: Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to execute the hotel’s menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring ingredient levels, assisting with orders, and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and hotel management to ensure efficient service.
  • Compliance & Safety: Following health and safety regulations, proper food handling, and maintaining kitchen equipment.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Minimum of SSCE
