Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist cooks in preparing food items, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables.
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
- Marinate meats and prepare sauces as directed.
- Maintain proper food storage and rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Empty trash and maintain proper waste disposal.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Practice proper hand hygiene and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
