Mixologist

Responsibilities:

Cocktail Creation:

• Develop and create unique and signature cocktails that align with the establishment's theme and customer preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ingredients and techniques into beverage offerings.

Bartending:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of drink orders during peak hours.

Customer Interaction:

• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar, encouraging repeat business.

Ingredient Knowledge:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.
• Stay informed about different types of glassware and garnishes used in cocktail presentation.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in the preparation and serving of beverages.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
• 2 years of working experience
• Good communication skills
