Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational departments (FOH, kitchen, admin, inventory)
- Conduct weekly departmental reviews and staff check-ins
- Monitor and resolve service flow and customer experience issues
- Enforce discipline, roster compliance, and staff performance
- Track and report on weekly KPIs
- Maintain service and brand standards across shifts
- Coordinate with MD on escalations and innovations
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Degree in a related field
