Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare food items according to Toasties' recipes and standards.
- Assemble and serve orders with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support and assist colleagues as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- SSCE or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry, is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
